Do you farm it yourselves?
No daily commercial crop operations. We lease roughly half the acres to a working farmer and grow loblolly pine on roughly half. Home garden and kitchen skills are ours to teach; tenant harvests are not ours to claim.
Is timber content professional forestry advice?
No. We teach landowner literacy — vocabulary, timelines, what to observe, what to ask a consulting forester. Hire a forester for decisions.
Is lease content legal advice?
